As always Israel was amazing, we got a late start do to some maintenance issues with the plane and lost one whole day, but never-the-less we had an amazing time.
With the global pandemic travel is different, would I say MUCH different?
I don't think so, really all it requires is testing. I mean yes, there is a risk of contracting Covid (or one of it's many variants)but really the only thing different in my eyes is that we need yet one more piece of paper to travel.
That brings up another thing, vaccine passports... oh no! Not that, but really this is nothing new. On the scale of global travel it might be further removed than more localized travel, but they really are nothing new. We have had to show proof of vaccination against Milaria and Yellow Fever for years when traveling to certain parts of the world.
I am not advocating you get the covid vaccine, I am advocating that you do what is best for you in your situation. Everyone is different and has things are more important to them, for me travel is important! I want to share Israel and other places around the world with everyone I come into contact with. Through travel I want to encourage and evangelize anywhere possible, the salvation of Jesus is needed to all the four corners of the earth! John 3:16!
